Facts: How Hard Are The Black Diamonds -FAQ

The first time I went skiing was at Breckinridge (planning to go back) and I had only gone on the Blue trails. Now I am a pretty good skier that can carve and handle fast speeds. I only have access to the black diamonds of the midwest which aren’t that great. If I can carve and handle fast speeds, bumps, and jumps, would I do o.k. on the black trails at Breck, Vail, Steamboat, or any other big resort?

Absolutely. If you can make controlled turns there’s nothing stopping you from doing blacks, or even double blacks.
